The owners had a specific vision for the interior design, opting for a darker color palette. However, Stephen Yuen skillfully adapted this choice to prevent the property from feeling cramped or dull, resulting in a perfect balance for modern city living.
The rectangular living and dining area showcases shades of grey and dark wood, exuding a contemporary vibe. The furniture placement cleverly divides the space into two distinct areas. The lounge is defined by an expansive plush grey sofa and a rich wooden TV console, while the dining area is marked by white floor-to-ceiling storage.
The design team, led by Stephen Yuen, included Creative Director Stephen Yuen, Design Director Stephen Yuen, 3D Designer Donald Nagn, Designer Ricky Cheung, and Project Manager Alan Shum. Their combined expertise and attention to detail brought this transformation to life.
Located in Hong Kong, the Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun project showcases the dedication and skill of the design team. Their ability to create a sense of spaciousness in a compact space, while incorporating the owners' desired aesthetic, is truly commendable.
This exceptional design has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade is awarded to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun project stands out for its integration of industry best practices, competent technical characteristics, and its contribution to a better world.
